National Dentex Acquires Dental Art Laboratories

National Dentex Corporation, one of the largest US-based labs, purchased Dental Art Labs, Inc. of Lansing, Michigan for $7.5 million this week. Dental Art Labs has been in business since 1950. National Dentex now owns 47 labs in the US and one in Canada. Read the press release here.
