How it Works
According to a press release earlier this month, Dr. Dov Glazer, a contributor to UAppoint’s development, explained the way the recall system works: “From the recall report, staff members simply click on the names that need to be invited to schedule a hygiene appointment. Patients with an email on file can schedule their appointment instantly. If the patient lacks an email address, UAppoint automatically prints, labels, stamps, and mails out a recall postcard.” New patients can reserve appointments and receive an emailed Welcome Package from you, as well.
Security is priority, so UAppoint uses encrypted transmissions, expert network architecture, and actual physical security at the UAppoint facility.
