According to a recent Townie Poll in DentalTown.com Magazine, about a third of dentists surveyed perform implant placement. Of those, a third have done immediate load cases in the past year. A little over half of the responding dentists have placed bone grafts prior to implant placement. Those dentists who don’t place implants simply like doing other procedures better and are sufficiently busy without taking on implant dentistry. Read the poll here.
