I got a heads up today on future cell cell phone technology today. If you have been tempted to get a Blackberry or a Treo phone, you may want to wait until the first quarter of 2006. New phones and wireless speeds will leap past today’s technology by a quantum leap. Rumour has it that phones will get data at 4 times the speed of DSL and cable connections. No more waiting forever for web sites to download. Almost instant downloads on your phone. This opens up video feeds to your phone.
