We are what we eat? Well, what we eat certainly can affect who we are. Researchers recently found that blueberries can enhance memory. Foods rich in phytochemicals may, in the future, be used for dietary therapy to help Alzheimer’s and cognitively impaired patients. Furthermore, a 2005 report at Science News states that raisins battle oral bacteria that cause gum disease and cavities. Drinking tea may stain teeth, but it may also reduce plaque and the risk for cavities.
