Dentists can respond to most OSHA complaints by telephone or fax instead of enduring an onsite investigation. The ADA takes credit for having made this convenience possible. A recent posting by Craig Palmer on the ADA’s site announced an online compliance assistance tool. Protocols, procedures, and training DVDs are available through the ADA, and you can call 1-800-947-4746, ext. 2534, to reach an ADA employee who can answer your questions about OSHA compliance. Â Â
