I don’t like to have to log in either, but it is necessary in this case. I would invite positive coments on neuromuscular dentistry from all of the various "camps" in the discipline. It would be great if we could comment on difficult patients, instrumentation. treatment modalities, etc.. I will be inviting the key players in this field to participate.
