Two new products from Apple

September 8th, 2005 · No Comments

Ipodnanohand20050907O.K., so this has nothing to do with dentistry. Apple released two new products yesterday that are really cool. First the iPod nano. Take everything you love about iPod and shrink it. Now shrink it again. With 2 Gb (500 songs) and 4 Gb (1000 songs). Starting at $199, the pencil thin nano packs the entire iPod experience into an impossibly small design. It holds up to three day’s of music and will play for 14 hours between charges. It displays the color album art for the song you’re listening to and carry’s your photo’s, podcasts, and audio books as well. Hey, maybe it does have something to do with dentistry… you can listen to the Dentistrytogo podcasts on this new iPod.

The second new product is from Apple and Motorola.  The ROCKR phone is the first phone with iTunes. With iTunes for your mobile phone, your songs live right alongside your contacts. Think of it as musical multitasking. Hear a selection of your favorite tunes while sending text messages, taking pictures or checking your email. Listen through the included stereo headphones or out loud on the ROKR’s speakers. You can even pause the music when your phone rings, so you won’t miss any incoming calls.Indextopwin20050907
