Canon G6 A great alternative to a DSLR on a trip

July 25th, 2005 · No Comments

If you are a serious photographer and do not want to carry your gear around consider the Canon G6 7Mp point and shoot camera. This is a prosumer camera with a tilt/swivel monitor with a very fast wide aperature zoom. It has other features you would find on other quality DSLRs. Raw capture mode, manuel focus, numerous other modes. You can also use your EX-series flashes. The camera is fast, delivers excellent images, good shadow detail and white balance The noise at ISO 400 is acceptable and you can even capture video. Something to think about.
